Arden University formerly known as RDI are one of the largest providers of online and distance learning courses.
Distance learning university RDI had a brand transition to Arden University, making it only the second distance learning university with full status. They required a new prospectus, prints for their offices, a variety of internal communications and monthly email campaigns to reflect their softer, more playful and relaxed approach towards further education.
Taking a lead from some of the existing branding I wanted to incorporate and blend hand drawn imagery with photography to give the prospectus and all further collateral a more informal look. This approach was used across employee workshop material, brand books, internal prints and monthly email campaigns, alongside layering and modern typefaces.
